Описание к видео Bars and Melody at Venus Fort IN FULL (20/08/16)

Bars and Melody—Leondre Devries and Charlie Lenehan—live at the Venus Fort shopping mall in Tokyo, Japan, in August 2016, to promote the launch of their début Japanese album Hopeful.

The entire event was streamed live on Japanese social network Line, and begins with Leo and Charlie responding to online fans’ questions and comments before going on stage in front a live audience.

The boys perform three of the songs from their album—the Japanese-language version of Hopeful, No Way, and Unite (Live Forever)—and answer further questions about their songs, and their impressions of Japan and Japanese Bambinos.

Bars and Melody are Leondre Devries and Charlie Lenehan, a rapping and singing duo who were Britain's Got Talent 2014 finalists.

After the show, Bars and Melody were signed by Simon Cowell. Their début, anti-bullying single Hopeful came out in July 2014.

Leo and Charlie have since released further singles, their début album 143 and their Teen Spirit EP, have toured extensively across the world; and have a huge fandom, not only in the UK, but also, especially, in Poland and in Japan, where they have made two albums with Avex, one of Japan’s largest record labels.

Bars and Melody’s new album Generation Z is due out in September and can be pre-ordered now.
