Ingredients:
Grated Coconut: 1 Cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Milk: 1/2 Cup
Almonds chopped
Ghee: 1 tablespoon

Method of Preparation:
Heat ghee in a pan, add grated coconut, sugar, milk. Mix all the ingredients on a low flame to form a soft dough.
Once the dough is formed, take the mixture off the flame.
Grease a flat surface with little ghee & spread the mixture to cool completely.
Garnish chopped almonds on top.
Once the mixture cools, cut medium size pieces.
Coconut Barfi is ready.
