That sounds like a fiery and delicious pizza idea! 🔥 Let me break it down for you so you can make a Chicken & Pine Nut Pizza with Naga Chili at home:

Ingredients:

For the base

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

2–3 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic (minced)

For the toppings

150 g cooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)

2 tbsp pine nuts (lightly toasted)

100 g mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)

For the Naga chili kick

1–2 fresh Naga chilies (very finely chopped) or

1 tsp Naga chili paste/sauce (adjust to taste – it’s very hot!)

Sauce options

Classic tomato pizza sauce or dry tomato sauce (if using)

Or, for a different twist: white sauce (garlic cream base) to balance the chili heat

Method:

Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan) / 425°F.

Prepare the base: Roll out the pizza dough, place on a baking tray or pizza stone, and brush lightly with olive oil and garlic.

Spread sauce (tomato or white).

Assemble toppings: Add chicken, onion slices, mozzarella,(if using), and sprinkle pine nuts evenly.

Add Naga chili carefully: scatter finely chopped pieces or swirl a thin drizzle of chili paste. (Less is more unless you want a firestorm 🌶️🔥).

Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden, bubbling, and crisp.

Garnish with fresh coriander/basil. Slice and serve immediately.

⚠️ Tip: Naga chili is extremely hot. Always wear gloves when handling, and go small on the first try—you can always add chili oil or flakes after baking if it needs more fire.
