The Caipirinha - what to drink when it's hot!

Today I'm making the Caipirinha! The tart lime and grassy cachaça are what make this the perfect drink for when it's hot outside. Not to worry if you don't have cachaça (though I recommend trying some), this formula works with other spirits too! Try it with vodka for an equally refreshing drink called the Caipiroska or Caipivodka - or mix in some other fruits for a Caipifruta! Both excellent, and both stemming from the classic Caipirinha.
