James Jean Interview at the Avant Arte Bridge House Event - Discover The Symbolism Behind Slingshot

James Jean has mastered surrealism. From his sculptures to his paintings, he is able to capture character narratives with deep iconographic meanings. Each work tells an in depth story with many layers of detail. Tonight, I’m at the Bridge House in Hollywood for an event hosted by Avant Arte’s leaders, Curtis and Christian. They are showcasing the work they’ve produced for their premier artist, James Jean. The magnum opus of the show is a 600 kilo or 2000 pound bronze of Slingshot.
