After 30+ years of rumours, speculation and proposed ideas, the sequel to "Beetlejuice", the 1988 title that put Tim Burton on the map has finally arrived. The last decade has proven to be fertile ground for legacyquels, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that Warner Bros. and the creative team behind this IP decided to act now and resurrect the project.

But is this sequel worthy of the legacy of the ghost with most? Or is it just another soulless (pun intended) cash grab? And most importantly, does it signal Tim Burton's triumphant creative and commercial return?
