Hong Kong with my BFF 🇭🇰 where to eat, disneyland, & lotsa shopping!

HONG KONG was CRAZY!

Troy (my best friend) and I went on a 5-day trip to Hong Kong and it was probably my favorite vacation in a while. Had a mishap during out flight tho...

STORY TIME!!
We booked our flight with extra legroom with PAL. Our flight was 9:00 AM so we could have a full day in hong kong already. Our hotel accommodation was also booked that day :( Our flight got delayed twice and we waited inside the airport for 5 hours only for our flight to get cancelled and PAL staff weren't helping any of us get in to another flight. Luckily Troy and I went ahead to PAL's office by ourselves and basically had to fight our way to getting in to a same-day flight at 7PM (which also got delayed lol). We had to insist that we wanted legroom because we paid for it.

THIS IS THE ANNOYING PART... We had to speak full english just for their staff to treat us well. There was a group of passengers who are not given proper assistance just because they weren’t confident talking to the staff.

Also, how about those flying who are OFW's and have a lot to lose? I don't know what happened to them and how much inconvenience they had to go through.

We arrived in HK at 11PM already because our rebooked flight got delayed as well... I hope PAL does better customer service.
