✔️ butter 40 gr / 0.9 oz
✔️ optionally vanilla sugar

For suzette sauce:
✔️ sugar 100 gr / 3.5 oz
✔️ butter 100 gr / 3.5 oz
✔️ mandarine juice 150 ml / 5 fl oz
✔️ mandarine zest
✔️ cuantro / Grand Marnier / orange liquor 60 ml / 2 fl oz
