"Fa'tura Te Natura, Fa'atura Te Mau Metua, Fa'atura Te Mau Tupuna"

"Respect the nature, the elders, the Ancestors." Our story is about the everyday life of the women of Tahiti and their young children. The women show their children the ways of the ma'ohi, using wood and pounding stones to craft various items and adorn themselves with beautiful hand-made tapa.
These customs are passed onto the young children and as they grow into adults, they remember to carry on these traditions, generation after generation, honoring their homeland, their parents, and their ancestors.
