INGRADIENTS:-
For Pakore:-
In a bowl take -
1 CUP chickpea flour (1कप बेसन)
1tsp Carrom seed
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Redchilli powder spicy
Salt as per taste
Mix all the ingredient add water and make semi thick batter make it frothy by continuously whipping it.
In a pan pour 11/2cup oil once oil heats then put small lemon size Batter in oil like this put multiple cook once it become pink on medium flame . Like this make all fulauri and keep aside.

FOR MAKING KADHI:-
Take same bowl in which fulauri was prepared add:-
2tbsp chickpea flour/besan (बेसन)
1 cup curd
11/2Litter water
Grind all the above ingredient and keep aside

TURMERIC LIQUID
Take a small bowl add:-
1tsp Turmeric powder
1/2cup Water
1tsp kashmir red chilli powder
Make a liquid paste and keep aside

FOR TEMPERING
take a pan add:-
3tbsp oil
2 Redchilli whole
3 Green chilli slit
1tbsp Pachforan
1tbsp crushed coriander seed and redchilli whole
1tsp kasuri methi
Once the ingredient gets sauted then add Turmeric paste slowly and at the same time continuously churned the Turmeric in one direction once the oil separate then add the besan and curd liquid and cook till it boils and on churning with spatula a
Add salt and keep on cooking on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes one nice aroma will arise then it is done now
Add all fulauri or pakoras cook for more 2 minutes and the kadhi is done.
FOR SECOND TEMPERING
Take a fry pan add
3tsp clarified butter (ghee घि)
1tsp kashmir red chilli powder once it heats and add in kadhi
Kadhi is ready to eat with rice or chapati
