When you approach someone with an issue and they continue to repeat the pattern beware of their loyalty to you.

That person is showing you they are doing what they do to benefit them and not considering you nor your interests.

Be mindful to not ignore any signs that will cause you to trust a disloyal person. You will be the one hurt in the end.

Loyalty looks very different for everyone it can be hard to explain, yet easily recognized. It’s about words and actions. So be mindful of the purpose behind loyalty.

What are you loyal to? There are so many things that we can be loyal to.
When you measure loyalty think about these quick tips.
1. Share values - this will remove any misunderstandings.
2. Pay Attention- after people share. Channel your reasonings in a situation that want appear shady.
3. Treatment- how we treat people is the first sign of faithfulness in any situation that a person may face.
4. Agreements - be a person of your word if you say it follows through because if not it will question your character and its equity. Reliability is everything.
5. Transparent conversations - be truthful. Mean what you say and say what you mean.
6. Clear conscience - being a loyal person allow your mind to be at peace with how you handle things. Your intentions will represent your heart.
7. Consistency - Loyalty will reflect the whole being of a person. It’s not just one area that a person is loyal it is the entire being.
