Enchanting, whimsical, and unforgettable are just a few words that describe Mechelle and Julia’s floral-filled vineyard wedding at Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyards. Though the pair met and fell in love in Austin, Texas, they decided to throw a winery wedding in Virginia, right in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The stunning views, indoor and outdoor spaces, and rustic vibe sold Mechelle and Julia on their Charlottesville wedding venue. As for their day-of design, the couple teamed up with wedding planner Just A Little Ditty to bring their dream spring wedding vision to life. Mechelle and Julia decided to lean in to the venue’s aesthetic, dreaming up an elevated rustic wedding theme. The brides also fell in love with the natural surroundings of Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards, so cherry blossoms became a major source of design inspiration. Once Mechelle and Julia decided on pastel wedding colors, florist Southern Blooms stepped in to create a space covered in head-to-toe dusty pink flowers. When the time came to walk down the aisle at their Charlottesville wedding, Julia stunned in a sweetheart ball gown wedding dress, while Mechelle perfectly complemented her in a strapless black-and-white floral gown. Their bridesmaids stayed true to the theme, donning stunning floral bridesmaid dresses. From the rustic wedding decor to the pops of pink, this dreamy Pippin Hill wedding truly had it all.
