When battle start (younger brother) will lock three weaknesses include spear when the battle begins. We must reduce the lower one's (older brother) HP to the yellow zone in order to unlock his weakness.
However, when bottom one HP cut to yellow, He will buff Steadfast Defend. And that annoying shield will go only when the top one in Break state.
So, the battle will go like.

Cut bottom's HP to yellow.
Break the top.
While top breaking tries to shave bottom's shield as much as possible.
Break the top.
Shave bottom's shield until he dies.

However, everything will be easy if you can kill the bottom in a single break.

When the bottom one gone, Top one will act 2 times per turn.

Remember that if you provoke them, they will use a special attack that hits five times. However, if you prefer to provoke, make sure your tank is very tough.

Another annoying factor is Blind and Silence.
