Sometimes we think things have to be complicated or expensive to be effective. Otherwise how would people sell stuff?

What if that’s not true & you could do most of the essentials in a cost friendly way?

My top 5 in no particular order are:

1. Hanging - overall musculature, grip strength & alignment, as well as shoulder health but it goes way beyond that.

2. Spend time barefoot- happy strong feet create a happy strong body. Stay grounded connected & calmer.

3. Nasal breathing- where oxygen goes health flows! Regulate your nervous system & change your energy, performance, recovery & how you think & feel everyday.

4. Eat real food. Eat the rainbow & prepare your own food. Cook, shop & always read the labels. It’s a toxic minefield of chemical nasties out there.

5. Walk more. Everyday & notice things. Your mind, thoughts & mood are impacted as much as your physical health. Reset your nervous system, connect with the world around one step at a time.

Take care of the basics consistently & you’ll feel happier calmer & stronger.
