Toyota 3VZE | Ep.9 | High engine idle speed EASY FIX!

How to properly and permanently fix a high idle speed on a Toyota 3VZ-E 3.0 Liter V6 engine for basically FREE. I haven't seen this DIY anywhere on the internet, so here it is!
It's all in the Idle Air Control Valve. IACV IAC
