9 exercises (60-90 sec) | 20 second rest in-between

For all of these exercises you can start at 30 or 60 seconds. You’re not going to be able to do 90 seconds immediately. Give yourself time to get stronger!! 😊

1️⃣ : Regular Plank - hold for as long as you can. Try to keep your body level, oh and get you butt downnnnn 😂
2️⃣ : Double and Single Leg Drop - keep your head up and look at your belly button to really activate your abs. If it gets too hard for you drop your head. Try to stay grounded in your back. You can also put your hands under your butt to help you stay grounded.
3️⃣ : Bicycle - get your elbows to your knees. Only lift your shoulders up, don’t come up too high with your upper body.
4️⃣ : V-ups: try to keep your legs and upper body even.
5️⃣ : Scissors - make sure to keep your head up on this one as well. Again if it gets too hard drop your head. Try to stay grounded in your back. You can also put your hands under your butt to help you stay grounded.
6️⃣ and 7️⃣: Star Hold Right And Left - level one is the easiest, level two is medium, and level three is the hardest. Work your way up to level III and try to hold it for as long as you can. Try to keep your body straight and really squeeze your core to hold yourself up.
8️⃣ : plank leg raises - just like the regular plank you want to keep your body level, and keep your butt down! Really squeeze your core and try not to lift your body when lifting your legs.
9️⃣ : Russian twist - really try to twist your body to get the maximum amount of ab work out. Think that you are trying to reach for something behind you.
