Detective Sergeant Emma Harris has been a police officer for 20 years. In 2016, while working as a Detective on the Metropolitan Police Service’s murder team, she was involved in the arrest of a suspect who had brutally murdered and dismembered a police officer. The investigation permanently affected Harris and taught her about the important of mental wellness.
