Hello and welcome to this next video of 'trains at' Season 4 and this one is from Chelmsford located on the Great Eastern Mainline between Ingatestone and Hatfield Peveral.

Chelmsford is a really nice station to trainspot at on the GEML as the station is on an amazing curve and that offers up some great photos and video footage. The majority of trains stop at the station apart from one 'fast' Norwich - London diagram and freight service which there were luckily three of. There was the usual service from Liverpool Street to destinations such as Clacton, Ipswich, Braintree and Norwich but there was also a rare run of a double GA Class 317 from Ilford to Witham for some testing (I presume). Overall, the views, range of traction and frequency is fantastic and I would highly recommend this station for spotting.
