A low mountain hike with a spectacular 360-degree view.
Aoyama Plateau is a plateau known as the Karuizawa of the Kansai region, and has attractions such as windmills and Nunobiki Falls.
There are also a variety of hiking trails, so even beginners can enjoy it.
This time, we first stopped at the triangulation point observation deck (where you can see the mountain lined with windmills and Ise Bay in the distance) and enjoyed the spectacular view, then walked the hiking trail in Furusato Park. It is a beginner's course that can be completed in about an hour.
There are well-maintained walking paths and information boards, so we were able to enjoy hiking with peace of mind.
The hiking trail is through a forest lined with windmills, but unfortunately the windmills cannot be seen due to the dense trees. You can hear the sound of the windmills turning from time to time.
