Habanero Big Red Jerky
1 2-3 pound beef eye of round roast (thin sliced against the grain)
MARINADE
2 cups Big Red
2 ghost peppers (if not, habaneros)
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons kosher salt
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Pineapple Fanta Teriyaki Jerky
1 2-3 pound eye of round roast (sliced thin against the grain)
MARINADE
1 cup Pineapple Fanta
¾ cup soy sauce
¼ cup dark brown sugar
¼ cup rice vinegar
1 inch knob fresh ginger (sliced)
4 cloves garlic (sliced)
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black pepper

Coffee and Coke Jerky
1 2-3 pound eye of round roast (sliced thin against the grain)
MARINADE
1 cup brewed coffee
1 cup Coke
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup dark brown sugar
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
