Hey, everyone. Like I promised second part of how we're different from everybody else,
at bit Labs, we focus on giving you, you know, quality education and quality training, but then like ours is different.
Everybody says quality education, quality training.
If you go to any other company, they probably teach you, you know, one course, two courses, maybe three courses they'll charge, you know, a thousand bucks right?
But at the end of the day, what you get is just a certificate, you're not getting a job that I explain that last time.
Also, but what's practically different from what we offer is.
Number one,
We offer full-stack development, which is a very hot, very hot carrier to be in.
The second,
The thing is we don't just teach you Theory. We offer practical experience. This is what matters guys, certificates and all those things don't matter.
What matters is, what experience can you show?
You've seen this, any time you go for an interview, they'll ask you, what experience you have? We want people with 1 or 2 years of experience, right?
You cannot get that experience and without getting that experience, you cannot get the Job.
So, that's where we come in. We come in, we give you training.
It would give you the experience you can use this experience that you can put in your resume, right? Because these are real projects because we have our own companies, right?
Symphonize has a lot of customers and we got a lot of projects from them. These are real-life projects and you know, we will give you like a small project out of that, so that you can actually do a real-world project.
And you can use that project to enhance your experience and you can put it on your resume, your LinkedIn. And these are the kinds of things companies notice. These are the kinds of things that they appreciate.
If you talk to a recruiter. These are the kinds of things they care about. This is how you get jobs by doing internships, by focusing on practical knowledge. Not on the theoretical knowledge.
A lot of companies, you go to focus, only on the theoretical knowledge not on the Practical side of the things and even if they give you a practical side of the name, they just give you some standard, you know, a project that you can get off in Internet.
Those are not the kind of projects we give you because these are coming from our experience.
As IT Services Company, These projects are coming from our own industry experience, right?
So and our contacts and our connections, that's how you getting these projects. So these are very, very industry-focused projects, and that's why we're different from everybody else
