INGREDIENTS:
wheat flour 3 cups, poppy seeds 1 cup, desiccated coconut 1 cup, sugar 1/2 cup, seeds of 10 cardamoms, milk 200 gms or as per needed, ghee 3 tbsps for adding into dough, 3 tbsps for greasing on roti,

Instructions:
1. Dry roast poppy seeds and desiccated coconut.
2. then put this roasted mixture in the mixy jar.
3. add sugar and cardamom seeds in it.
4. grind it roughly in the mixture grinder.
5. take wheat flour then add this grinded mixture in the wheat flour.
6. then add ghee in it.
7. then add milk step by step and knead the normal dough of it.
8. then make equal sizes balls of it and bell the 4 to 5 inch long roties of it.
9. sheck the roties on tawa pan by greasing it with ghee.
10. grease roti by ghee on it and sheck it well.
11. make same dashmi roties of all dough.
12. it will remains fresh for 3 days thats why you can takeit with you when you are on travel.
