DCI Motorsports all aluminum pump gas Pontiac 535 cubic inch street cruiser. The foundation for this build is an Allpontiac IAII aluminum block with 3 inch mains, 4.350" bore, standard cam tunnel and lifter bores. Rotating assembly is a Scat forged 4340 steel 4.5" stroke crankshaft, Eagle 6.800" long forged 4340 steel connecting rods, JE Custom order light weight forged aluminum pistons, King and Speed Pro engine bearings, Speed Pro molly infused file fit piston rings, all internally balanced to within a 1/2 a gram. Oiling system consist of a DCI ported & blueprinted Melling Select oil pump, Milidon extra capacity 7 Qt baffled road race oil pan and pick up. Top end is Edelbrock's Performer RPM 87cc round port cylinder heads ported by DCI to flow 320 cfm with 2.11 and 1.77 severe duty stainless steel valves, Comp Cams roller valve springs, Comp Cams 10 degree steel retainer and keepers, Manley Viton positive valve seals, Cometic multi layer steel head gaskets,Harland Sharp 1.5 to 1 ratio roller rockers, Comp Cams 5/16 chromemolly .080" wall pushrods, Custom ground Comp Cams tight lash solid roller camshaft with 254 @ .050" intake duration, 260 @ .050" exhaust duration with a 112 lobe separation. Gross valve lift before lash is .583 intake and .589 exhaust. Valve lash is .010" intake and .012" exhaust hot. For induction we used an Edelbrock Torquer 2 intake ported to compliment the ported cylinder heads, topped off with a Quick Fuel down leg booster 850 CFM carburetor. HP and TQ will depend on header choice and exhaust system on vehicle, but should come in around 600 HP and 580 TQ.
