It is now official in British Columbia, Canada the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General in charge of Locksmith Licensing issued by the Registrar of Security Services has now downgraded locksmith applicants and business to only three (3) requirements.

BC Locksmith Licensing Rules:

Not presently be incarcerated.
Not recently been convicted of molesting the dead.
Have Cheque payable to “Province of BC.”
