London Zoo gorilla family at dinner time

The London Zoo gorilla family are waiting for their food to be delivered. After that, they all went outside for some enrichment. Filmed in the afternoon of the 14th of August, 2024.

This video shows Effie and Venus waiting to come down from their private bedrooms. They were the last to come down and the last to be fed. My understanding is that Effie is the lowest of the troop hierarchy. If anyone knows more about it, please feel free to let me know I I have that wrong.

Venus looked happy as usual and was with mum Effie the whole time I was there.
Towards the last part of the video, Venus finds some poo. I have taken audio off the video because it was very noisy, but believe me, as Venus went to lick her motgers poo there was a collective gasp from everyone there. Luckily, Effie noticed just in time and picked Venus up!. Please don't watch the end if you are squeamish. I have added a warning just before she has a close look at it.

I apologise for the shakey camera work. Im sure I will get better in time.
