This video is how to remove bush/brush cutter blades using an impact wrench and a sds hammer drill. The cutter in the video is a Bush Hog Model 286. The socket used was 1 11/16". The trick is to stabilize or rest the stump jumper on a solid surface. I used a piece of railroad iron and 4"x6" block of wood.
