PULL RATRES ARE GETTING TOUGHER! With Twilight Masquerade we are seeing the top cards have more difficult pull rates then previous sets. In return this is causing a lot of cards in the set to maintain great value in comparison to sets like Obsidian Flames and Scarlet and Violet Base! In this video let's take a deeper look into pull rates and how they can positively affect a Pokemon Trading Card Game set!
