Hello Lovelies! Today I wanted to share how to create easy crepe paper embellishments without glue, yay! They are perfect to decorate for scrapbook layouts, cards, and pen pal letters. The best part of all you can quickly build a stockpile while watching movie when you want to work on something, but don*t want a mess. :)
