Studio Tour with Rob Gueringer (a.k.a. Freaky Rob)

Guitarist, bassist, multi-instrumentalist and producer Rob Gueringer (a.k.a. Freaky Rob) has graced stages and/or done studio sessions with artists such as Cardi B, Diddy, Megan Thee Stallion, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Steve Lacy and others. As befitting a creator who can jam on guitar, bass, keyboards and drums, Gueringer’s personal studio in Los Angeles is configured like a sonic wonderland, where he can visit different music stations swith everything seamlessly routed to his DAW. It’s a setup that enhances creative productivity, as there are no impediments to getting the right parts recorded as soon as inspiration hits.

Join the tour, as Gueringer shares his favorite guitars (stunning purple-iris PRS Custom and blue-sparkle Kauer semi-hollowbodies), striking white-tolex Marshall JVM410 amps and cabinets, HeadRush Prime multi-effects processor, Fender and Ernie Ball Music Man electric basses, DW Design Series acrylic drums (which he actually auditioned at a Guitar Center), Zildjian K Series cymbals, keyboards (Korg, Manikin Electronic and Roland), Universal Audio recording gear and more. You’ll also hear all of the instruments Gueringer plays during the tour captured through his studio system—that’s as real as it gets.
