Day in the Life of an American in Vietnam (Watch Before You Move Here!)

In this travel/expat vlog, I take you through an entire day of activities in Saigon, Vietnam as an American expat who has lived here for seven years.

From driving a motorbike on the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh City, getting your laundry done, having a haircut at a local barbershop, getting cash from a reliable ATM, and where to get real, legitimately priced medicine, this video gives you a glimpse of what real life is like here living abroad. Watching this video should help you avoid some common mistakes people make when they first move here, and give you some useful information from someone who has been in Saigon for the better part of a decade.

Life can get a bit tricky to navigate as a foreigner here at first, but this video will surely give you some useful tips and life hacks for anyone interested in moving to Vietnam, especially to HCMC (Ho Chi Minh/Saigon).
