A lot of people know the basics of muscle building. However, these can only get you so far on your journey. So when I started practicing these 3 advanced techniques, I completely TRANSFORMED my physique.

If you're at a point in your muscle building journey where your progress has slowed down, it may be because you simply need to pay a little more attention to the finer detail because as I said, a lot of people know the basic tips for growing muscle. They know what a calorie surplus is, they know how much protein they should be consuming, they are following a good gym programme - and these will help you make a lot of progress!

However, going one step further really can help optimise your progress and that's what I talk about in today's video. The secret tips that people talk less about! So I talk about calories and protein intake for muscle building, how to spread protein out throughout the day, how long you should bulk vs cut, the importance of sleep for building muscle and more advanced techniques.

On top of that, I have some brand new low calorie high protein recipes up my sleeve and if you are on a lean bulking journey, if you are in a calorie deficit or if you're simply just looking to get some more high protein recipes in your diet in a healthy/tasty way, I've got you covered.
