In this video i will explain the cooling curve and supercooling

Cooling curve is the time temperature graph representing the solidification of a metal or an alloy.

SuperCooling is seen in unalloyed metals: pure metals need to be cooled below their fusion temperature for stable nucleus to form and solidification to initiate and progress
