Ableton Tutorial: Routing TrackSpacer's Sidechain in Live

In this video, I show you how to route WaveFactory's Trackspacer in Ableton Live, for real this time!!

In my last video about this plug, where I crowned it the best Plugin of 2017, I forgot to show how to do the actual sidechain routing. This video is to make up for that. I also clear up a couple things from that last video.

Steps to Route TrackSpacer in Ableton Live

Add an instance of Trackspacer to the audio / MIDI track you want to be attenuated (apply the reverse EQ to). Example: "Bass Line"

Duplicate the sidechain source audio / MIDI channel. Rename the duplicate GHOST and some descriptor to keep things organized.
Example: "GHOST - Kick". This is the channel which will be analysed and its frequencies will be carved from the target (Bass Line). 

From the Ext. Out drop down of the GHOST - Kick channel choose the Bass Line channel.

Then, from the second drop down menu, just below the Ext. Out menu, choose the TrackSpacer Plugin. Make sure to leave the channel activated. You shouldn't be able to hear any audio coming out as it will be fed directly into TrackSpacer for analysis. 

Now your should be able to use TrackSpacer!! GO GO GO
