Comerte a Besos salsa version Frankie Negron

From ‪@frankienegron3723‬ album "Por Tu Placer" we are dancing to a favorite "Comerte a Besos" . In this video I explain briefly how the guys usually spin the women on the dance floor and we as the following women end up doing most of the foot work. Over the years a lot of instructors have taught a pattern but then the couples only do that patterns when they go dancing. It is important to break away from the patterns and allow your students to hone so they are not stuck just doing a cross body lead and spin spin spin without a break. Sometimes that can also get in the way of actually dancing and enjoying the music because you are on automatic only doing a specific pattern.
Practice makes perfect yes, I get it. I've been doing the same steps for years too, but when its time to dance outside of my classes I improvise and follow my pattern out of respect to him. And we will leave room to step away and throw in some shines, dips and poses. DANCE don't just do the same pattern for every song. Smile and have fun!
