This is a project watch I am currently working on, the barrel arbor was cleaned with ammoniated Elma 1:9 with the watch parts after disassembly, but got rusted while in storage. Please comment with your answers as to why did it get rusty again even though the ammonia in the cleaning solution should have neutralized the rust.
