Trying Vietnamese Food for the First Time

We arrived back in California and our first stop was Pho 101. Pho 101 is a Vietnamese noodle restaurant with a nice selection of soups. This was our first time trying a Vietnamese Noodle soup establishment. We were definitely surprised at the flavors that we experienced here. We will definitely be trying this again.

The atmosphere here was very laid-back and relaxed the service was ok. We did not experience any issues. The menu was in Vietnamese, but they also had an English translation. Our server was great at answering our questions and ensuring that we got everything that we wanted.
The portion sizes were big enough to share! The food was really great, and the fried chicken was extra crunchy and juicy.

Overall the experience here was really great and we look forward to trying other Pho restaurants across the US as well. If you have not tried this type of cuisine, you are definitely missing out!! You have to expand your taste buds and this would be a great option to try!!
