With over 1 million students in 146 different countries all studying the IB, this programme is by no means a secret. But for many teachers it still holds a degree of mystery. Terms like theory of knowledge and the middle year programme might ring a few bells, but what does it mean to join an IB school and what would a career teaching this curriculum look like?
