When Naomi first started coaching, she was ready for change but also realistic. She knew life would not suddenly become calm and predictable just because she had decided to lose weight. She had work, family, social events, tired days, hungry days, and stressful days ahead of her, just like everyone else. What she wanted was structure, support, and a plan she could stick to even when her motivation wasn’t perfect.
Over 33 weeks, Naomi completely transformed both her body and her relationship with the process.
She started at 82 kilos and today sits at 65.9, which means she has lost 16.1 kilos.
Her waist measurements tell an even bigger story. Her small waist dropped from 90.5 cm to 70 cm, a huge 20.5 cm loss, and her navel waist went from 107 cm to 84.5 cm, a 22.5 cm drop. These are life changing numbers. Her shape is different. Her clothes fit differently. Her confidence is different. She looks like a new version of herself because she became one.
But the part that matters most is the consistent effort she put into every week. Naomi never pretended her journey was perfect. Her weekly reviews were honest and human. Some weeks she felt amazing. She described her energy as fantastic, great, or awesome. She felt lighter, her clothes fit looser, she felt more toned, and she noticed people around her commenting on her results. She got stronger in the gym, lifted heavier, hit her protein, and felt motivated and excited about her progress.
Then she had the weeks that were harder.
New job stress. Sugar cravings. Hunger spikes. Feeling flat or tired for no clear reason. Missing workouts because life got in the way. Moments where her calories went a little high. Events like Easter, birthdays, concerts, dinners out, camping trips, and weekends away that made sticking to the plan more challenging. There were weeks she felt disappointed because the scale didn’t move, even though her measurements were still improving.
And yet even during those tougher weeks, Naomi never quit.
She always found a way to keep moving forward. She saved calories for events. She stayed on track when out on the road for work. She walked more when she could not get to the gym. She kept hitting her steps even in terrible weather. She made sure she hit her protein most days. She tracked honestly, reset quickly, and trusted that her consistency would pay off even when the scale was slow. And it did.
Week after week, Naomi showed up. Not perfectly, but consistently. Her clothes became baggy. She slipped back into old jeans that hadn’t fit in years. She felt her waist tightening. She saw more shape in her legs and arms. Her confidence returned. She described feeling fabulous, amazing, strong, lighter, and proud of herself.
Her transformation is the result of hundreds of small choices, not a single perfect week. She managed real life while still turning up for herself. That is why her progress never stopped.
