Sausage, Bacon & Cranberry Puffs how to Recipe Demo at Home
Makes: 6
Recipe Ingredients:
Flour
1 egg beaten
Thin slices of bacon
6 thin sausages

1 Pack Pastry ready to go, 3 mm thick
Recipe Instructions
1. Puff pastry cut out 6 squares 13cm x 13cm, and put onto the flat work top
2. Egg Wash across the pastry
3. Add onto each of the pastry squares 1 sausage with 1 bacon rolled round each sausage
4. Add onto the pastry 25g of cranberry
5. Then turn pastry over to meet in the middle and to hold together a sausage stick
6. Put the puff onto a baking tray with baking paper
7. Wash the tops of the puff with egg wash, and then rest for 1 hour
8. Pre heat oven to 200°C/400°F and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
9. Or when golden brown pull out oven and test with a Temperature probe
10. Temperature needs to be above 75 c not less
11. Well done bakers now cool on a Cooling wire and now you can have a cup of tea well done
