Delikatesy Blikle - Warsaw

Founded in 1860, Delikatesy Blikle, or Blikle Delicatessen, is probably the most famous delicatessen in Warsaw because of the reputation it has established and maintained over the years. The longevity of this family business is impressive considering the massive changes that have taken place in the capital since that time. Located on Nowy Swiat, one of the most popular streets in Warsaw, this delicatessen is also on the Royal Way and only a short walk away from the UNESCO listed Old Town.

Blikle is well known as a great spot for sweets and doughnuts with a café and pastry shop located next to the delicatessen but the wide range of food on offer makes the delicatessen a gem of a place for lovers of food. There is a great selection of Polish produce as well as international food from a range of different countries.
