Welcome to part 10 of the total beginners course to FreeCAD 0.20. We are going to learn about surface workflows with the aim to create a curved dish or dome from edges of bodies or sketches. We will be also using geometry that we have yet to cover, the arc of ellipse. Furthering our understanding of the fundamentals this tutorial takes you through using the ruled surface in the part workbench and when and why to use it and the filling surface in the surface workbench.

This course is aimed to teach the fundamentals of free CAD understanding the basics but delivering via teaching you different workflows.

We aim to teach you freeCAD in a practical way.
