The IK-12 NEXT is the latest model of the IK-12 series, one of KOIKE' most popular and long- selling gas and cutting carriages.

The unit is equipped with a completely new designed control panel and torch set which enables an even wider range of applications possible. Not only gas and plasma cutting, but also welding and weaving with the same carriage.

Single torch/ Double torch/ Triple torch
I cuts
V-Bevel cuts
Y-Bevel cuts
X-Bevel / K-Bevel cuts

Tack welding
Butt-/ fillet-/ straight welding

By simply pressing the button "CREEP MODE", the normal speed can instantly be switched to a user definable "low speed mode" for easy adjustment at start/end point for example for thick plate cutting.

By adding the Weaving Unit option several welding types are possible. There is no need to add a separate control box for plasma cutting and/or welding applications because the Signal Interface is already present on the machine.

The IK-12 Next directly inherits various options of the IK-12 MAX3, which can be used as such. In case you have an IK-12 MAX, all gas options can also be used on the IK-12 Next.
