This is the longplay of the game Bucky O'Hare, an action and platform game released in 1992 for the Nintendo Entertainment System, based on the comic book series of the same name. The game was developed and published by Konami and was released in North America and Japan in January 1992 and in Europe on February 18, 1993.

Bucky O'Hare is a comic book created by Larry Hama and Michael Golden, having been released in the late 70s and having several licensed products, including games. This is the version for NES.

In this NES game, the character controls Bucky, an anthropomorphic rabbit who leads a group called S.P.A.C.E (Sentient Protoplasm Against Colonial Encroachment, also known as the Federation of United Animals), who fight the Toad Empire. In the game, the Toad Empire kidnaps several S.P.A.C.E members and we initially control only Bucky, who needs to rescue his teammates, which are: Blinky (a robot), Jenny (a cat), Deadeye (a duck) and Willy (human). When rescuing his allies, the player can switch between them in real time. Each ally has its specific abilities and using all characters is mandatory for a successful mission.

The game has a lot of influences from the Mega Man series, with non-linear initial stages and everything, but it has several differences, among the biggest one, the possibility of switching characters in real time.
It is a good game, which encourages teamwork.
Hope you like it.
