My favorite amplifier brand for bass is Mesa Boogie! I've owned several Mesa heads over the years, and I've always wanted a plugin for easier work on my computer. Guess what? Two Notes Audio Engineering made it happen, and I love it!

The plugin is actually based on the Mesa 400+ head, and I'm using a real Mesa 400 (which is a bit different from the 400+) for this comparison. Both setups use a Mesa Powerhouse 2x12 IR cab from Two Notes and I tried to have the same settings.
