HOW TO FREEZE LEAFY VEGETABLES- SPINACH- UGWU LEAF- WATERLEAF - BITTER LEAF

This video teaches you how to preserve leafy vegetables, making it readily available when you need it. I find that they keep longer when they are frozen compared to keeping them in the fridge, or in a dry place.
Sometimes, cooking traditional meals and omitted certain spices or vegetables used in the original, doesn't cut it.....Not if you are going for an authentic taste.... :)
