Apparently Newsmax has realized that they've got a bit of an image problem. And of course, that was on full display. Recently when their white house correspondent Emerald Robinson got herself banned permanently from Twitter for spouting all kinds of ridiculous nonsense about the COVID-19 vaccine. Somehow being linked to Satan and bioluminescent trackers, and Twitter finally said, you know what, that's enough and Newsmax, by the way also said, you know what? Emerald that's enough. Of course it also didn't help. Then in the week that followed one of their main hosts. Eric Bolling had a complete meltdown on the air and challenge the Muppets to a debate. So the executives at Newsmax realized, you know what, oh, we're kind of a joke. You know, nobody takes us seriously as a real news network. Of course, we've got our crazy fringe base that loves the conspiracy theories and cancel culture BS.

So what they decided to do was they reached out and they started hiring real news people, people with experience in hard news, not just crazy opinions about puppets, but unfortunately, according to a recent report from the daily beast, they're not exactly tapping the best well because cause they're going after people from Fox news, they're taking producers from Fox news, they're taking a former Fox news host, uh, James Rosen, who much like Eric Bolling was let go from the network several years ago, after complaints of sexual harassment came up. So they got rid of Rosen and now Newsmax says, well, come on over Rosen. You'll fit right in with Eric Bolling who was fired from Fox news for similar accusations.
So, you know, there's that, but they're bringing him in because Rosen was a so-called straight news person at Fox news. And of course they're taking some of the producers from Fox news who worked on real news that the network does, you know, 20 seconds a day. And they think, alright, this totally solves our image problem. We grabbed some people from Fox news that weren't completely nuts. And now we're a legitimate news that work well. No, that's not exactly how that works. And of course, Newsmax has been trying to pull producers from Fox news for over a year now. I mean, hell, we talked about that earlier this year, that Newsmax was trying to poach all of these producers from Fox so that they could give the appearance, of course, that they were totally a legitimate news network, but it's going to take more than hiring three people, which is the total number of people they've hired from Fox news now to really revamp that image. Hell, you could hire Dan rather, and it's not going to fix your network. You built an audience that tuned into you because they wanted the crazy they wanted the pro-Trump propaganda.
