The Division 2 - New striker build with St. Elmos/Centurion's Scabbard

I created this build back during Phase 1 of the PTS when debates were going on about whether nerfing Striker and Ouroboros/St. Elmo’s would ruin the set completely. The new exotic they introduced, Centurion’s Scabbard, not only covered the weaknesses from this nerf but actually buffed it. This video is a release test compared to the PTS.

(P.S. Striker was/is/will be the strongest set. Ubisoft, please learn to properly buff old sets instead of nerfing meta PvE sets in a PvE game where we’re unloading hundreds of rounds into unarmored enemies. There’s no esports PvP scene here where it would be truly imbalanced and need a nerf. Considering how strong Striker was in the first game (it gave armor regen in addition to damage), it’s still in a decent spot in the sequel.)
