Panasonic Inverter Microwave Fuse Replacement - Didn't fix it.

Описание к видео Panasonic Inverter Microwave Fuse Replacement - Didn't fix it.

Part 2: Panasonic Inverter microwave fuse replacement. Fuse location, fuse type, how to check it, and testing microwave after fuse replacement.

The saga of the Panny microwave spoiling my Saturday continues; finding the problem and deciding to fix it or toss it. I hate throwing good things into the landfill and I enjoy a challenge; so fixing is naturally the only option. Let's get to it!

In this video we'll see the what, where, and why of a Panasonic microwave fuse. This microwave like most uses a standard 20A, 250V rated microwave ceramic fuse (see link below).

Replacing a blown microwave fuse is the first step in the diagnostic process since it's one of the easiest items to check and fix. Don't just jumper the fuse however to test your microwave. There may be bigger problems as was the case here. If I would have just jumped the fuse, I would have blown the input power board traces or components causing even more damage.

After ruling out the fuse, we have to start digging deeper - hopefully your microwave will be an easy fuse replacement fix; but if not, the second half of the video starts down the rabbit hole. How deep does it go???
