Hello friends,

First of all, I hope that you are fine, your family and friends too!

I’m grateful to Christ to share with you a new piece of music named «And Jesus Wept.»

Jesus had a close friend named Lazarus. The Bible doesn’t teach how close they were, but it relates that Christ had a particular affection for him.

Lazarus had two sisters. Martha and Myriam (or Mary). Those too were also close to Jesus.

Came the day Lazarus became sick and eventually died. His sisters — before Lazarus passed away — asked Jesus to come and to heal him.

Jesus said to his disciples around him that this sickness had a purpose, for it was for the Glory of God to be manifested not for death. And Jesus waited two more days in the place He was.

Then Lazarus passed away.

When Jesus finally came and saw Lazarus’s sister crying, and the jews around crying too, He started to be moved and cried too.

It’s a pivotal momentum because, all along, Biblical Scriptures teaches that Jesus isn’t just a human. It teaches that He was God incarnated.

To see Jesus cry was profoundly revealing, not only for the ones around him, but for billions of people after. It demonstrated God’s personality.

Later, He asked where was buried Lazarus and resurrected him. He knew that Lazarus would come back to life, but He cried anyway.

That's the contemplation of the track and an encouragemant to everyone to develop a personal/intimate relationship with Him.
