This Ghewar is so simple to make but you have to follow some tips and tricks to make this delicious ghewar at home and most importantly without any mould .

Ingredients:-

1/3 Cup Desi Ghee
Ice
1 Cup Maida
2 Tbsp Besan
2.5 Cup Chilled Water
Oil for frying

For Garnishing:-

Malai Rabri
Dry Fruits
Rose Petals
Saffron

Some Tips and tricks to make ghewar too yummy 🤤
1. Take exact measurement of ingredients.
2. Make sure ghewar batter is fully chilled.
3. While dripping the oil batter Oil Should be perfect hot , after that flame should be medium to hot .
4. Drip batter in small portions so that you will have the honey comb texture .
5. I take 2 hours to make this ghewar and if you will not make this with full patience so that you will be not able to make the perfect ghewar .
Have some patience when you drop the batter in the hot oil .
